Refund policy
The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, namely:
- Original packaging in perfect condition.
- Original labels on the product with no breaks or scratches.
- Additional accessories (if applicable).
- Product in perfect condition, without tears, rips, stains, scuffs, discolorations and other damages that may be caused to the product.
- The product must not show signs of use, washing or damage.
- The product must be returned via a certified carrier.
- Transportation and other costs involved in returning the product will be covered by the consumer.
If during the first 10 business days after the customer made the request to exercise the right of withdrawal by email to info@bezaid.com and the product has not been returned to www.bezaid.com, it is learned that the customer has decided to withdraw the right of withdrawal.
In the event that all the above conditions are met, www.bezaid.com will allocate a balance in favor of the customer reflected in a credit note for the total amount paid by the customer. This credit balance may be spent on any product in the store and will have one calendar year after the moment in which the right of withdrawal was exercised to be used (No refunds will be made).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must express his intention in writing by means of an electronic communication to info@bezaid.com, indicating the order number, invoice number and product, within a period not exceeding 5 working days from the date of delivery of the product.
The customer must send the product through a certified carrier (You must approach the carrier and generate the return of the corresponding guide) in a time not exceeding 10 working days from the date of delivery of the product. For information on the shipping address, the customer should contact the customer service line (+57) 324 474 69 26 from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm or request the information through electronic communication to info@bezaid.com.
www.bezaid.com, upon receiving the product and verifying that it meets the conditions mentioned above, proceeds to make the credit note for the value of the right of withdrawal.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the purchases made through www.bezaid.com.
To exercise the right to an exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:
- They must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
- They must keep the original label. Therefore, we suggest you try on the garments before you pick them up.
- They must be returned in the original packaging.
- The purchase invoice or gift certificate must be presented.
To exercise the EXCHANGE, the customer must express its intention in writing by means of an electronic communication to the e-mail info@bezaid.com, where it indicates the reason for which it wishes to make the change (size, color), number of the order, invoice number and product, in a time not greater than 8 working days counted from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
The customer must send the product by a certified carrier within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. For information on the shipping address, the customer should contact the customer service line (+57) 324 474 6926 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or request the information through electronic communication to info@bezaid.com.
Provided that the garments have been used correctly, they may be exchanged within a maximum period of (30) days from the date of receipt of the product. Products purchased in promotion do not apply changes or refunds.
In the event that quality problems occur, we will recognize the repair or exchange of this and all expenses incurred will be reimbursed.
If the warranty request is not accepted after being evaluated by the quality department due to the lack of conformity with the conditions indicated above, the customer will be informed within 15 working days from the date of the claim to coordinate again the shipment of the garment; in such case it will be sent with a freight collect to the delivery address where it must be paid to the carrier company at the time of receiving the product.
Before filing a quality claim, we invite you to consult the most common reasons for rejection of requests:
- Exceeded the thirty (30) day time limit after delivery of the purchase to make the claim.
- Failure to follow the instructions for washing and care of the garment.
- Use of chemicals or bleach in the wash.
- Fading due to direct sun drying.
- Garment altered or modified by the customer and therefore its last was affected.
- The print, appliqués or embroidery were ironed.
- Normal wear and tear of the garment.
In the event that www.bezaid.com has sent by mistake an article different from the one requested, we will recognize the exchange of the product, assuming also the return shipping costs.
